Prompt, Professional and a Great Result
Alex turned up quickly, was very polite a d professional, he got straight down to what was actually an unusually complex job. He worked out what was going on pretty sharpish (multiple circuits all interacting) and he persevered and completely fixed the issue.

Alex was very polite and efficient. When my landlord informed me half way through the job that she wanted me to terminate the work, he showed great integrity by reminding me that he hadn't completed the minimum call out time and so essentially volunteered to work for free, as fast as he could, to fix the problem within the first hour, so I wouldn't be left with a rapidly defrosting freezer and no sockets. I was very happy with every aspect of his work.
